In the United States, today is the Thanksgiving holiday! Time to gather with friends and family, eat loads of delicious (usually fattening) food, and then watch football. At least that’s the schedule at my house. Of course, Thanksgiving is the unofficial kick-off of the holiday season as well, in case you didn’t notice the Christmas decorations that have been in the stores since Halloween! There are times when I wonder if the retailers are even aware of the Thanksgiving holiday!
But I digress…. we’re here to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving! However you are planning to spend the day, whether arguing over light or dark turkey meat, or sneaking an extra piece of pie, we hope that the day is filled with special memories. Gathering with friends and family and pausing to appreciate the gifts of life should take place more than once a year!
